Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your wedding or engagement session due to illness or injury, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when possible.
- More than 120 days before the original date: Deposit transfers to the new date at no cost (must be within 12 months and within Virginia).
- 120-90 days before: Deposit transfers with a $75 rescheduling fee.
- Less than 90 days before: Deposit transfers with a $150 rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling is allowed once under this policy. Additional reschedules may require a new contract and deposit.
If the session is not rescheduled or the photographer is unavailable, the deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, refund eligibility depends on the timing:
• 120+ days – Deposit refunded.
• 91–120 days – Deposit forfeited.
• 61–90 days – Deposit forfeited.
• 31–60 days – Deposit + 25% balance due.
• 15–30 days – Deposit + 50% balance due.
• 14 days or less – 100% due, no refunds.
Photographer Cancellation
If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments, including the deposit. After issuing the refund, I will have no further liability under this agreement.
