How It Works: The Booking Process


1. Inquiry & Initial Contact

After you inquire, I’ll respond within 24–48 hours with a brief questionnaire to learn more about your session. We could also schedule a video call if you’d prefer to discuss the details in real time.


2. Getting to Know Your Session

Your responses help me understand what you’re looking for. For weddings or more detailed events, a quick call can help us align expectations and plan accordingly.


3. Custom Quote & Booking

Once I review your information, I’ll send a tailored quote. If you decide to move forward, I’ll provide a contract and a 30% deposit invoice. Once signed and paid, your date is officially reserved.


4. Planning & Prep

We’ll stay in touch to finalize the schedule, locations, and any specific requests. For weddings, I’ll help build a photography timeline to keep things organized and efficient.


5. The Session

On the day of your session, you can relax and be present. I’ll guide you with simple direction and focus on capturing natural, candid moments throughout.


6. Image Delivery

Your final gallery will be delivered via a private online link within 3 weeks.


7. Final Follow-Up

One week after your gallery is delivered, I’ll send a quick follow-up with a request for a review. Your feedback helps me grow and improve the experience I offer to future clients.
